We Are Off and Running!!!

The Annie Sloan Chalk Paints have arrived and it is nothing short of amazing!!!  I am already gathering my reorder due to the overwhelming response.  They arrived just in time for our Ladies Night.  What a Great Evening!  We house some of the most talented furniture artists around!  I have so much more to say, but I will save it for next time.  FYI...We are preparing our Website.It will be up and running very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Hope I Know What I'm Doing!!!

Oh, the journey that has brought me here!  I am a very small Commercial Property owner that has been significantly affected by the reccession.  Two years of struggling and a large vacant retail space has brought me to this.  A very good friend of mine, suggested I fix up my vacant space and rent it out to Vendors, so I did! 

The Journey started with all different types of Vendors.  My idea was, create an Entrepreneur's Emporium the third weekend of every month.  The Grand Opening was May 5th-7th and it was nothing short of Amazing!!!  That being said, it was so obvious that the one Shabby Chic Furniture Vendor, Gilley Grey was hugely popular.  I should mention, that this space was occupied off and on (more on) with Furniture Tenants for over 15 years.  June brought another Entrepreneur's Emporium, and an additional Shabby Chic Furniture Vendor, Pink Pretty Peonies.  Again, they were extremely successful.

So my focus turned.  I realized that I needed to tweek my concept asap.  Even though I was advertised for a July Entrepreneur's Emporium, I completely changed everything!  I started networking with people via phone, email, and facebook.  I let everyone know I was going Repurposed, Refinished Furniture 6 days a week full time.  Needless to say, I opened my space to furniture on July 15th, and the success for both me and my Vendors has been Fabulous!!!  So many more changes are coming, but I have to hold back.  You will be thrilled!
